About

Albert Razo, DBA(c), MBA
Managing Principal
I am the Founder and Managing Principal of Regency Global, an executive practice focused on decision governance. I work directly with senior leaders to install the systems by which critical decisions are made, owned, and executed.
My background spans executive leadership in complex, cross-functional environments and doctoral-level applied research. This combination allows me to approach governance not as theory or facilitation, but as an operating discipline grounded in evidence, structure, and real organizational constraints.
I hold a BS from Central Washington University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and pursuing a DBA, Doctor of Business Administration from Hult International Business School.
